Scott’s
20 years of foodservice background includes a broad experience
from posts in restaurant management, to food brokerage sales,
to Partner in food manufacturing. Scott’s skills and expertise
have come from focus in Foodservice operations, product placement
and market penetration, Distributor relationships, custom
designing of proprietary products for chain accounts, and
designing, setting up, and managing national broker networks.
Scott is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at
Wilmington.
