Focus Markets - Merchants Sales Company focuses on four distinct markets in our service area. It is our belief that by concentrating our training and efforts in this way we offer our principles the greatest opportunity for profit and growth. By limiting the scope of our user and distributor accounts, our reps are able to penetrate accounts deeper, build stronger relationships and offer more qualified information and advice to our principles.

Food Service - This would include the following: all four categories of restaurants (qsr, family dining, casual dining, and white tablecloth) both chain and independent operators; both broad line and customized distribution; all categories of institutional )schools, colleges & universities, healthcare, corrections and contact feeders).

Supermarket & Convenience - The supermarket category includes independent, chains and specialty stores. We cover all areas of in store supplies and packaging. In the convenience store category, we cover all areas of in store supplies, as well as any food or beverage packaging.

Janitorial, Sanitary & Maintenance - Many of the large jan/san houses are dual distributors providing paper and packaging along with jan/san supplies. Our efforts are focused toward these houses and the larger Jan/San specialty houses.

Packer Processor - Our reps call on packer/processors accounts with both supplies and high performance packaging (oven-able, map, and case ready.)
